We are a company specialized in the development, production, and sale of high-quality food supplements, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven R&D Manager to join our team.
University degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
3–5 years of experience in R&D or Product Development within the food supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of formulation and manufacturing processes for dietary supplements (capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, gummies, etc.)
Understanding of functional ingredients, excipients, and their technological properties (stability, taste, manufacturability)
Experience with pilot trials, formulation optimization, and technology transfer to production
Knowledge of food supplement regulations, labeling requirements, and quality standards (GMP, HACCP; familiarity with ISO 22000/ISO 9001 is an advantage)
