University degree in Business, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field

3–5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience, ideally in food supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharma

Proven track record building and growing long-term strategic client relationships

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (incl. proposal and quotation preparation)

Ability to translate client needs into technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with R&D/Production/Quality/Procurement

Solid project management skills: managing multiple accounts, timelines, and profitability KPIs

University degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)

3–5 years of experience in R&D or Product Development within the food supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry

Strong knowledge of formulation and manufacturing processes for dietary supplements (capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, gummies, etc.)

Understanding of functional ingredients, excipients, and their technological properties (stability, taste, manufacturability)

Experience with pilot trials, formulation optimization, and technology transfer to production

Knowledge of food supplement regulations, labeling requirements, and quality standards (GMP, HACCP; familiarity with ISO 22000/ISO 9001 is an advantage)
