
We are a company specialized in the development, production, and sale of high-quality food supplements, and we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and developing relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction
- Understanding client needs and translating them into technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with internal departments
- Coordinating with R&D, Production, Quality, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery
- Preparing and presenting quotations, project proposals, and product documentation to clients
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, and profitability for each account
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development with existing clients
- Participating in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term partnership agreements
- Analysing market trends and customer feedback to support business development strategies
- Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews for management
- Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring up-to-date client information
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- Ideally 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the food supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of production and development processes for food supplements is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
- Analytical thinking and commercial awareness
- Active knowledge of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
